MAKE IT
Step 1
Preheat oven to 375° F.
Step 2
Bake Macaroni & Cheese according to package directions for 40 minutes or until casserole is just thawed and can be easily stirred. While macaroni is baking, proceed with recipe.
Step 3
Cook ground beef in large skillet over medium-high heat, stirring occasionally, until no longer pink. Add taco seasoning and water; stir to combine. Continue cooking until sauce is thickened and slightly reduced. Place Macaroni & Cheese into a 3-quart casserole dish. Gently fold in beef mixture.
Step 4
Bake for an additional 35 minutes or until casserole is fully heated and bubbly. Garnish with lettuce, green onions and tomatoes.
