Media Crema

1 pound dry fettuccine noodles
●

1/4 cup (1/2 stick) butter
●

1 can (7.6 fluid ounces) NESTLÉ® Media Crema
●

1/2 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
●

3 tablespoons chopped parsley
●

1 teaspoon ground black pepper

MAKE IT

Step 1

Prepare pasta according to package directions.

Step 2

Heat a large skillet over medium heat.

Step 3

Melt butter in the skillet; add media crema and reduce the heat to low. Boil until the cream is slightly reduced and add Parmesan cheese.

Step 4

Stir the cheese in gently with a spatula util melted. Stir in chopped parsley and pepper.

Step 5

Once the pasta is ready, drain and pour over the sauce. Mix well until the sauce covers the pasta and serve immediately. Garnish with additional Parmesan cheese and parsley.
