MAKE IT

Step 1

Preheat oven to 300° F. Mix eggs, evaporated milk, onion powder and bacon in a bowl.

Step 2

Spray 6 cupcake molds with cooking spray; press tortillas into the molds to form a base. Fill with egg mixture and cheese. Bake for 15 to 18 minutes.

Step 3

Mix Media Crema, chiles, salt and pepper in a bowl. Serve cupcakes with dip.
