Ingredients
- ●1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breast halves, cut into strips
- ●1 tablespoon MAGGI® Granulated Chicken Flavor Bouillon
- ●2 cups all-purpose flour
- ●2 teaspoons smoked paprika
- ●1 cup vegetable oil
- ●2 large eggs, beaten
- ●1 cup ketchup
- ●2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
- ●2 tablespoons honey
- ●2 teaspoons red pepper flakes
- ●1 teaspoon garlic powder
- ●1 teaspoon ground ginger
Make It
Step 1
Season chicken strips with salt and pepper to taste; sprinkle with bouillon.
Step 2
Combine flour with salt and pepper to taste and paprika. Heat oil in a large skillet.
Step 3
Coat chicken strips with flour; dip in eggs and then flour again.
Step 4
Fry in hot oil until chicken is cooked and golden brown.
Step 5
Combine ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, honey, chili flakes, garlic powder and ginger powder in a bowl.
Step 6
