Ingredients
- ●1 pound lean ground beef
- ●2 teaspoons MAGGI® Granulated Beef Flavor Bouillon
- ●1 tablespoon sweet paprika
- ●1 tablespoon dried parsley
- ●2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- ●1 yellow onion, finely chopped
- ●1 tomato, finely diced
- ●4 hard-boiled eggs, chopped
- ●6 empanada dough discs
Make It
Step 1
Combine beef, bouillon, paprika and parsley in a bowl. Heat oil in a large skillet; cook onion until golden.
Step 2
Add beef mixture; cook until no longer pink. Stir in tomato; cook for a few minutes.
Step 3
Stir in hard-boiled eggs and remove from heat.
Step 4
Fill empanada discs with filling; close the edges tightly and crimp to seal. Bake according to empanada discs packaging.
