Step 1
Place mango and sweetened condensed milk in blender; cover. Blend until smooth.
Step 2
Beat cream until it begins to double in volume; mix in mango mixture.
Step 3
Pour into a baking pan or baking dish and freeze for 2 hours. Remove from freezer, scrape with a fork and freeze again for two hours; repeat twice. Serve ice cream garnished with mint.
