Make It

Step 1

Preheat oven to 350° F.

Step 2

Blend the cake flour with the NESTLÉ® CARNATION® Evaporated Milk, oil, eggs, carrot, nutmeg, and cloves. Pour the mixture into a greased and floured loaf pan.

Step 3

Bake at 350° F for 30 to 35 minutes. Let it cool and unmold.

Step 4

Beat the NESTLÉ® LA LECHERA® Sweetened Condensed Milk with the lime juice and the zest, powdered sugar, and butter. Refrigerate for 30 minutes. Garnish with the frosting and walnuts; enjoy.

Culinary Tip:

You can add a cup of nuts to the mixture. You can substitute nutmeg with ground cinnamon.
